Over the last 4 months, the first 3 months I increased my midshaft girth from 4.75 to 5.5***
Now - this is the maximum girth I can reach after clamping, pumping, etc. It is not my actual girth which ranges from around 5.1 after days off around no girthwork.
In saying this, my current goal is to increase this temporary reachable number. I feel the solidified may follow, but for now I am able to use 5.5 in bed - which is very different than 4.75 and I want to get this to 5.75 - 6. Over the last month I have seen no change and am training every day for 1 hr.
Currently my workout is
2x15 minute clamping (double clamped) with excersises during
2x10 minute pump reaching 10hg pressure for last 15 min of workout
inbetween sets I do jelqing.
My main question is - I had success with this program early. It feels right and I enjoy doing it. Should I give it some more time and see or go ahead and change programs?
Thanks
