Getting more "height" instead of width (I don't mean length)

Is there any special exercise to get more "height"?
I saw some exercises that are made to get more width, but none to get more height.
My girth measurements are 5.1 inch (13cm) and 1.77 inch width (4,5cm).
What I would like to get is more height to get a more "round, more cylindric" shape.

Maybe it is the way you are gripping. Not enough pressure on the top/bottom?
 
Two handed squeezes, sometimes called ''Horse squeezes'' hit the underside really well. See my how to thread in the newbie forum with videos.
