It is possible to gain alot in length using it in the correct way with the proper padding. But of course, an incredible amount of work is needed, because you have to take it off/on after an hour, always bring it with you, always wear oversized pants. But i´d say it´s worth it.
I have gained 2 cm length in one year, and that was not newbie gains. The best gains is a guy I´ve seen on Th*nd3rs, he has gained 1cm each month for 5 months, and picture proven (uses it 12 hours a day).
But i´d say, thoose results that they promise on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] sites is usually far from true. I´ve used mine for an average of 5 hours a day.
I know stretch about 2 cm over my nbpel in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and the flaccid gains have been more than the erect length.
So don´t expect any miracles, but it´s worth it. Now i see it as a complement to manual excercises.
