people will probably hate me for this reply, but it's the truth.

Always have been haha
So then after this i mixed it up a bit. I always do my stretches in the shower to make sure i've got full elasticity the whole time, and then some afterwards.
I would start off with the typical down, downleft, downright, side, side, up left, up right, (newbie routine stretches) loved doing the ones behind left cheek and right cheek while standing up.
After these would do some A stretches on each side and some cranks, also i try just weird diff stretches that give a strong stretch on the ligs. I would repeat and mix up these stretches over the 10-15 min shower. After the shower i would get out a sock and do down, downleft, downright stretches with the sock pulling in the opposite direction.
I would do Jelqs and SSQ without discipline, as i find jelqing a hassle, so this would be why i haven't gained a lot in this department.. I would usually have either a Sat or Sun off.
Anyway this is what i did for my 1st inch.
