I just started a new routine a month ago and its really intense. It takes me about an hour just to get the stretching part done. Anyways I've been peing for about a year with not a whole lot of success. I haven't been consistant and when I was I wasn't training hard enough or long enough to see any real gains. I also made the mistake of thinking I would be able to see the gains so I didn't measure for a while. Just recently I noticed what difference it makes measuring if your standing up COMPLETELY straight. This explained a lot of my previous 'gains' being lost. When I say completely I mean no angle at all, even the slightest angle can add 1/8 in or so, its crazy. So now that I've finally figured all this out I began to measure, correctly, at the beggining of my routine. I measure every 2 weeks to keep on top of stuff. In my first two weeks I gained 1/8in in fbps!! I've never seen a gain like this not even in a whole month. After the next 2 weeks I expected to see close to the same gain but I got nothing. I'm guessing this might be due to the drastic change in routine jumpstarting growth and now it might take a little time to become a consistant rate of growth. I'm not discouraged by this at all, I'd just like to hear some input from you guys and know if anyone has been through this kinda thing before. And I'd like to thank all of you guys here for making this journey though pe much easier, the sense of community here is a great pick me up and has gotten me back in the swing of things after bad measurements and stuff. Look forward to hearing from ya.
