- I'm close to packing the sides. The pump definitely pulls more lengthwise..maybe not as much if it was really packing..,
- I do mostly length work other than the pump. I concentrate mostly on a-stretches and bundled stretches w/ the lengthmaster. I try to use my extender, but I do not get enough hours in on it during the week.
- The pump probably is around 30% of my work.
- I feel that this is an overall volume approach
The main thing I was asking is that there is a huge disparity in my regular length and the length in the pump...around 1 1/4 inch. I have heard erect stretches may be good for this or maybe more clamping.

I would go for SRT with 2 x 20min LengthMaster a day + sleeve for 6 hours + MOSRED
SIM got 4 inches in a year with just this.
