Two minor updates:

Work's been having me do a lot of travel for the past 3 weeks. Not ideal but I have to make a living and keep a roof over my head. Unfortunately my travels don't allow for a lot of privacy so I do what I can do within reason.

NEW FSBPL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length) Measurement

Taking this measurement once a week while in a seated position.

Today my FSBPL (seated, hard ruler) I took was 18.2cm (+0.05cm from last week). Surprised how far my flaccid penis continues to stretch even when I take a break of several days from doing a full routine.

Here are some small updates:
  1. Haven't put on the SiliSleeve5 fully erect yet. Haven't had to since I do the routines one after another, but I have to get around to wearing it for as long as possible on rest days.
  2. Almost finished the sex supplement dosing regimen.
As usual, did the routines one right after the other. Let's get into what I did today!

MORNING/AM - INCREASING LENGTH

EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Right -- 30 seconds
  • Group #2: Straight Down x 3
    • Straight Down to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Down to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
  • Group #3: Straight Out x 3
    • Straight Out to the Left -- 30-seconds

    • Straight Out Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise

Good stretching . The two-handed stretch technique + body tilt = maximum stretch . Took 25 mg Viagra after the straight-down stretches were done on an empty stomach.

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Internal penis stretch getting a better stretch with two hands as usual.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Erectile strength was at 90% for the entire of this exercise. Seems like I'm getting closer to the perfect Viagra timing.

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, I got 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.

In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to contract at max strength with each rep. No loss of erection

For the last set I did a contraction of 60 seconds and with greater consistent strength. No loss of erection.

Still working to increase intensity of contractions to the point where I'm trying to squeeze the PC muscle to complete exhaustion. Endurance is improving very slowly but surely.

Today's morning length routine took 60 minutes.

EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Sets #1-3 on the Bathmate got me to ~7.48in (19cm) , ~7.36in (18.7cm), and ~7.28in (18.5cm) on the Bathmate reading respectively. Hit an all-time PR for the first setf!
  • Still seeing black dots on my penis post pump, needs 2 hours and some deep massaging for them to go away
SSJ Observations:
  • All 3 sets went as well as they could have. Took me longer to get 100% erect than usual
  • Nothing else to say, other than continuing to perfect this technique
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was at 13.9cm (~5.47in). Just 0.1cm away from my all-time PB. The goal now is to reach 6in in temporary expanded girth!
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
  • Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of the session

Overall, an okay morning routine for length and a decent evening routine for girth.

Ok boys and gentlemen. I am in need of some serious and urgent advice.

I was getting ready to do my morning and evening routines today when I saw what my penis looked like. And it's never looked or felt this way in the nearly 3 months I've been doing PE.

As you can see in the pictures attached there's an awful lot of purple/red bruising and my dick overall looks darker than usual. I can feel pain/inflammation when I run my finger along the bruises.

What's confusing is I would understand this outcome if I was doing the routine every single day. In this case, I hadn't done girth work in nearly 4 days, and then 2 days following my most recent routine, my dick looks stranger than usual.

Even with more rest days I'm getting more discoloration and black spots after pumping. And even when I look at my dick after 1-2 rest days it's starting to appear visually different.

@DLD - take your time with this as I know Lightning's loss was traumatic for you. I have numerous questions:
  • Is what I'm experiencing unusual?
  • What massages do I need to do in order to make the bruises and discoloration go away?
  • What creams do I need and where do I buy them? And how/when do I use them?
Any help is greatly appreciated as I do not want to permanently damage the one dick I've been given. It's small, I know, but I still want it to look and work properly.

this is not permanent this is temporary especially since you’re using the 5×5×3. But even using the 5×5×3 may be too much for some people. So I suggest trying a couple things maybe go with girth every other day or create a routine that looks more like 3×3×3 or something along those lines. It’s not surprising that this is happened out of nowhere as it usually is the case. But in almost all instances it’s dealt with fairly easily and it’s caught early nothing will be permanent.

So if I got it right, I have one of two options:
  • Alternate length and girth on separate days: One day length, one day girth, etc.
  • Instead of doing 5 minutes Bathmate and 5 minutes SSJ, do 3 minutes Bathmate and 3 minutes SSJ.
I think I'll go with the first option because I can still keep the 5x5x3 on the days I do girth. If I don't get any more discoloration or bruising on my penis I'll know that doing length and girth on the same day is overkill regardless of weekly frequency. If I do, I'll know my penis reached a temporary limit with intensity of girth work and needs lighter stimulus for growth.

Hopefully this works. Just a real shame to have this issue and need to make a routine change with just 3 weeks left until I make my official 90-day measurements. Let's go forward and see what happens!

Here are some small updates:
  1. Attempted to put on the SiliSleeve5 fully erect and it's just too damn tight. Way too much effort to fold it half despite trying every other fix, takes a Herculean effort to even wrap around my penis head, and another 10 minutes of endless struggling with penile skin folding and sleeve folding before it gets on. Taking it off was a nightmare. At this point I think I need the SiliSleeve2 because the one I have is just way too tight and inflexible.
  2. Nearly done the sex supplement dosing regimen is getting some added touches to it.
Let's get into what I did yesterday!

INCREASING LENGTH

EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
  • Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1 full corkscrew rotation in each direction before stretching.

EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching

1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:

  • Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Behind The Cheeks to the Right -- 30 seconds
  • Group #2: Straight Down x 3
    • Straight Down to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Down to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Down Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
  • Group #3: Straight Out x 3
    • Straight Out to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Out to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Out to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Out Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
  • Group #4: Straight Up x 3
    • Straight Up to the Left -- 30-seconds
    • Straight Up to the Center -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Up to the Right -- 30 seconds
    • Straight Up Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
Good stretching . The two-handed stretch technique + body tilt = maximum stretch .

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
  • Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
    • Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
  • Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
    • Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right
Internal penis stretch getting a better stretch with two hands as usual.

EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
  • Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
  • Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
    • Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Erectile strength was at 85% for the entire of this exercise. This was harder to do without Viagra and I needed a few resets but I'll get used to it.

EXERCISE #5: Kegels
  • Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
    • 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
    • 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
    • Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, I got 100 reps while still having a 85% erection.

In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to contract at max strength with each rep. Some loss of erection

For the last set I did a contraction of 60 seconds and with consistent strength. Moderate loss of erection and it was harder than ever before.

Still working to increase intensity of contractions to the point where I'm trying to squeeze the PC muscle to complete exhaustion. Endurance is improving very slowly but surely.

Today's length routine took 60 minutes.

Going forward the last two exercises involving an erection will be much more difficult without Viagra. My erections just won't be as strong or stay for as long while being forcefully stretched.

Hard times ahead of me, pun fully intended.

Here are some small updates:
  1. Getting ready to order the SiliSleeve2. The SiliSleeve5, as I said last time, just isn't right for me at this time.
  2. I have a sex supplement dosing regimen in place but I need to spend a few weeks testing it before I make recommend it. No point in sharing knowledge unless it works in real life.
Let's get into what I did yesterday!

INCREASING GIRTH

Took 25mg of Viagra on an empty stomach one hour before starting the exercises.

EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
  • Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
    • Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
    • Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
  • Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
    • After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
  • Sets #1-2 got me to ~7.48in (19cm) on the Bathmate reading, and on Set #3 I reached ~7.375in (~18.7cm). Better than last time but not my all-time PR just yet
  • Seeing fewer black dots on my penis post pump, but a quick massage helps them go away
SSJ Observations:
  • All 3 sets went better than usual. I think thanks to taking Viagra only for girth work, my dick stays rock hard for longer and I can apply more pressure from both hands during the exercise.
  • Nothing else to say, other than continuing to perfect this technique
Wearing The Cock Ring:
  • When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was at 14.2cm (~5.59in) right after the 5x5x3 was done. A brand new PR for me!
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
  • Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
  • In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
  • Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
  • 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
    • For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of the session

Overall a really good girth session. I couldn't have asked for anything more except a new Bathmate PR as well. I want to completely fill the pump by the end of 2021!

A few minor updates:

NEW FSBPL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length) Measurement

Taking this measurement once a week while in a seated position.

Today my FSBPL (seated, hard ruler) I took was 18.3cm (+0.1cm from 2 weeks ago). A small gain but better than nothing.

Random Thoughts

- This is my last week before the 90-day mark has been reached. Over the coming weekend I will give myself a rest day on Saturday and then make the official measurements on Sunday. Photos will be provided, and possibly video if I can find a convenient way to record measurements. Hope I'm not too nervous and get less than 100% erect once the camera is ready.

- I hope all of the money and the hard work I have invested into PE ends up paying off. Even if the gains aren't amazing I want to see real results in the form of higher numbers in length and girth. It will tell me if I need to make any changes to my routine or focus on girth/length more.
