Frequency of PE Routines

I haven't seen any definitive data that suggests what frequency to do the exercieses (every day, 5 days on 2 off, every other day etc).

What has worked best for everyone else? I've done 5 days on 2 off and every other day. Based on what I know from strength training it seems every other day would be best. Or even 1 day on 2 off.

I think there is a lot of room for science here. If everyone explains what works best for them (and why they think it works best for them) I think it could help us all.

i think it all depends on YOU. i personally train length and girth on the same days. my routines are an hour + and as intense as i can possibly perform. i do 4 days on than 3 off.
