For those who think they are small

what's interesting to note is ALL the guys there are extremely overweight. For some of the guys, the fat pad has completely enveloped their flaccid penis. If they got down to a healthy weight, they might not be large, but the appearance of the package would be so improved. You couldn't even see one guy's balls, he was so fat!
 
man...lol...they should have sent them here first and also given them a gym membership...and then slapped them all in the face for going on the Howard Stern show...but I guess that would be something I'd definitely want (enlargement surgery if I had a penis that small).
 
I guess these guys have normal sized penises but when the penis is hidden under a "beer fat pad" there's literally not much too see.
 
The funny thing about winning enlargement surgery is, for them, they all have what appears to be a micro penis. Most insurance companies will cover the surgery for those with their dimensions.
 
My insurance will cover the surgery if my wife wants to have a penis, but will not pay for penis enlargement surgery for me.

Dude, they didnt win "enlargement surgery", they won a cash prize. I've been an avid Stern listener/fan for years, I dont usually miss a day unless I call off work for some reason. I remember this being live, plus I've seen the entire uncensored episode. No where did they mention winning "enlargement surgery".

Ah yes, your right, it was the porno cruise. I knew it wasnt enlargement surgery, Stern has never talked about that, or Penis Enlargement or any of that stuff. I wonder why too cuz hes always bitchin about the size of his.

I think the runner up got 500 cash, that must have been what I was thinkin.

The only surgerys he gives away were breast enlargements and some lipo stuff with Dr. Sal Calabro.
