For the optimal penile health

Well I will throw one idea here for anyone that would be interesting to do it. It is nothing new. It is a thing called prostate massaging. If you want to make 100% out of Penis Enlargement you can do this in addition to all the stuff. It will benefit to overall penile health. Maybe this would seem gross :O or gay like but the benefits are good.

How to do it:
It is simple. Just put some lubricant on your middle finger and kneel down. Insert your middle finger in your anus and make the come on movement towards the front wall of your anus. You will feel a small lump inside. This is a prostate. Now gently massage it. Don't use force. Be gentle. You can go for like 5 min sessions twice a day or as long as it is comfortable for you.

Well I am not reffering that you should do it. I am just throwing this idea in here if somebody might try it. Remember be gentle and use your head. This massage can greatly reduce possibility of prostate cancer which appears in the later years. I am not gonna promise like 100% increase of cum and better woods but some minor improvements can happen in those departments.

Your prostate is very delicate. Be careful. Make sure you clean and clip your fingernails if your going to do something like that, because you could accidentally scratch it and give yourself an infection. I have heard that some men get great pleasure from stimulating the prostate. I don't know. You can indirectly stimulate it by massaging the area under your testicles.
