Avid reader, first time poster, but this one was too good not to share it with you fellas. This manual stretch is something I devised while attempting the DLD Footlongs, but its power, versatility, ease of use, etc. will be a major weapon in your Penis Enlargement arsenal. Flexibility and being able to hold the footlong portion of the stretch is not an issue with this one. SO,
The Position
Sitting down in a chair. Ideally you want to be a little more than flaccid but not rock hard, like with most stretches. Move your ass over to the edge of your chair like you would with the footlongs
The Grip
This is a reverse grip stretch (the back of your hand is what your eyes see, your palm is facing outward). Grab your penis close to the base, and use your other hand to adjust so that you grab as low as possible, which will really make your ligaments scream. Next,
The Power
If you're stretching with the right hand - left leg
left hand - right leg
Bring your leg up like "how a man crosses his legs" (ankle on the knee) while holding the stretch, and bring your leg OVER the stretch while still holding it. Now take your foot and press it in the space between your forearm and bicep while still holding the stretch. The position you form is reminiscent of a pretzel, with the outside part of your ankle providing the extra force to your forearm as it's tugging on your wang. In other words, the major difference between this and the DLD footlongs is that you're gripping lower and instead of having your foot on your hand as you stretch, it's in a spot on your arm that also puts some major power into the stretch. As I said, very similar to the DLD Footlongs, but this variation on it is easier to perform and still pretty easy to provide a lot of stretching force, making an extension with your knee, almost as if youre straightening out that leg, and all that's on your stretch. Real powerful.
Variations
Grip:
You can adjust the grip position for a more traditional stretch at the glans, or the whole package, balls and all.
Angle: While holding the stretch, you can lean back to bring the pretzel stretch outward instead of downward. I suppose if you were sitting on a flat surface like a table or something you could bring it completely vertical outward but you better hope nobody walks in on you like that heh
Personally, I would rank it as the most powerful stretch you can do without an assist wrench, but you try it and see. Obviously mad props to DLD for the inspiration and all. Happy hunting
