Fluid Buildup - good sign?

I was just wondering, is Fluid buildup a good sign after a good girth session?

Or is it nothing at all?

I just read about the lymph system or something like that. Wich I think might be the fluid. If what I read is true that fluid buildup is only the lymph vessels being bruised. Then I guess this has no relation to girth gains...right?

It would also depend on home much is blood expansion and how much is water. Every girth session that ends with expansion is good.

Another way of saying it is that fluid buildup itself isn't helpful for gains, but it is possibly a sign that you have worked hard enough to spur gains.

if your first starting out its a great sign imo, it means your getting a good workout. as you become a vet you'd expect less fluid buildup with your workouts.
