Finally gaining with SG.

Thing is I been using for some time now without much of gains, and the first period (3-4 months) I used my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for like 4-8hours per day with max stretch but I couldnt really see any gains so I lost motivation and started to slack, used it more like 2-3 hours per day and some days I skipped it totally, but thing is when I actually started to do less I started to see gains, can it be so that I was overdoing and that prevent me from gaining ? I really got my motivation up again now seeing results, but I dont dare to do go hardcore on it again...should I just keep on doing like I do ? or can it be other reasons that makes me gain now ?

Another member here reported good gains and suggested not trying to wear it with so much tension (as its more difficult to wear like this for long periods of time) ...instead at less tension and 12 hours per day.

So there are some different ideas out there.

We are all different i suppose, so i guess whatever works for you is right.

May i ask what else are you doing besides [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]?
 
SOme men find that less is more while other go in the other direction. This is a highly personal realization, but if you are a guy who needs lesss work to make bigger gains feel blessed.

i carnt believe for life of me you didnt get results from doing it 8 plus hours a day i think this way most people will find it works also their are studies backed by this apporach in the clinical test those who wore it for longer hours got more results.
 
I can also add that I started to do abit manual stretching, for example, when I was laying down watching TV I usually stretch it manually, but hard to believe that some random stretching here and there would do such difference, but this is the truth, I started to do gains when I did less [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

From everything I've heard on the board, manual stretches are the most important thing with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] being more of a support device for that. However, the British Urology study that [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] continually cites doesn't mention any manual stretches at all, just [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for 4+ hours a day. I don't know what to make of this frankly and I haven't seen a lot of discussion of it. What I have seen discussion of is that the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] allows the penis to "heal in an extended state" after doing manual stretches. It may not be but this seems almost counter to what the British Urology study claimed which was that the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] BY ITSELF allowed gains to occur. None of this is scientific, of course, in relation to the relationship between manual stretches and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] VS [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] alone.

For myself, I'm still wondering when my BPenis EnlargementL will catch up with my BPFSL which has gained AN INCH in under 30 days of Penis Enlargement. Impatient? Probably. Either way, I've kicked up both the manual stretches and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I'm getting a lot of fatigue though which, I suppose, is to be expected.

This is very true. Doing less some times works better. With the length master for example, 40 minutes daily session has proven to work same way as 1 hour daily session.

Both works though.
 
Fast as possible but slow as necessary
