One prize per month per member per year and the option of a grand prize at the end of the year as well.

Also a little more clarity about how this system works.

We installed the "Likes" and "Thanks" buttons to keep track of who is posting quality information here. We do not score based on how many "Like" or "Thanks" a member gives. We also look closely at who is starting quality threads, shooting video, bumping classic quality threads as well.

The scoring system is a combination of both Post Count with Likes and Thanks received. Yes, any member here can make a million posts here that mean absolutely nothing and get no likes or thanks and those posts do not help the community here. This is a waste of space in our database and just clutters the forums. So if you post "That sounds good" or "lol" or "cool" or "I like blue shoes" 500 times, those posts absolutely do not matter and do not get credited.

If someone posts 10 - 20 posts all month that receive multiple likes and thanks by various "credible" members, that holds more value than the person that posts 500 meaningless posts all day that get no Likes or Thanks. By "credible members" we mean a member that has contributed here already, not a random person that just signed up and starts liking or thanking one random members posts here all the time. Part of the system tracks IPs and receptive likes and thanks to members by members and can single out members hiding behind proxies as well. It is not a simple system that can be easily beat. Between this system and our eyes we make the decisions.

Don't look at this as a contest to win a prize by trying to beat the system. Look at it as an award for contributing towards an incredible library of information here that will help another members life.



Here are a few tips for winning the poster of the month contest, written by yours truly. Not in any particular order of importance but this could help you get free stuff.

1. Try to post in as many topics as possible.
This does not mean spam, but if you have any insight or questions on a topic make at least one post and let your voice be heard.

2. Give out Likes and Thanks often.
Even if the post was written by somebody else going for poster of the month if you think it is good information then click either Like or Thanks. If people see you giving out likes they will think you're cool and probably return the favor. Next level well written posts DESERVE Likes/Thanks

3. Video tutorials of exercises or techniques are the BEST way to get Likes/Thanks.
If you make a video that helps other users you are guaranteed to get some love. So if you got balls or just really want to show the proper way to enlarge your penis make a video!

4. Post every single day.
Even if you can only log onto the forum for 5-10 minutes just pop in and contribute a little bit. To win poster of the month you have to maintain a presence on the forums.

5. Be nice!
It's that simple. Your mom said you will catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, so don't forget to be nice.

Oh wow, I didn't know there was a contest going on. For the past 8 months, I've been on the forum breakfast, lunch, and dinner trying to learn and pick up more knowledge about PE. I've been dedicated too since last June and staying consistent with my routine. I need to be more involve with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] community. I learned so much from everyone and DLD.

Just checked feuer frei in the top posters tab, over one thousand posts this month. I think that's a new record for most posts, usually the top guy has around as many posts as mike or a bit fewer, around five hundred.

. I would rather you win munto but you know how it is. Someone decided to give him likes for calories counted. All he did the whole month was say things like "yeah hope you gain:D", or "what is this that and the other?" And of course calories.

You dug up the old dld videos and gave links to important threads, gave your input on different fields, actually tried to help noobs instead of just telling them good luck, provided recipes and informative videos when we asked you for them. Most importantly you are always nice, never bitter about what they tell you. You never put a label on somebody that wasn't yourself. Never held onto unneeded feelings. Thanks bra :D, but sorry you wont be getting this one <:( XD

I think its pretty close between Munto and lightlyfried, its not just quantity but quality also.
Either of them will be good winner, Ive seen both giving relevant advice and good tips to other members.
Both are fantastic addition to this brotherhood, no crackhead.

For this past month only other members learnt more from your posts and tips than from mental patients 5000 posts (which maybe only 1% of them make any sense).
If you win, its absolutely well deserved.
 
munto has almost as many likes as him with half the posts so yeah I say give him the win. He's a cool guy bras, non confrontational and non snide unlike the other guy

Following this logic I have for example 168 likes per 1081 posts.
Crackhead has 449 likes per 4311 posts.

Math tells us I get 0,155 likes per post (thats one like per 6 posts)
Crackhead gets only 0,104 per post (thats one like per 10 posts)

What does that tell you ?

Also munto doesn't try to shield his shortcomings by victimizing himself. I debated with him and he's taken losses or wins with grace, never trying to say that I hate him. Beard well he's blocked and you supposedly had me blocked to, I guess you just said that to shield yourself for that time.

Munto has been here for six years and for that reason he knows where the information is, with first hand experience of the techniques. You man, seriously never gave anything more than spam

Well now you're just lackin, I'm lacktose intolerant so I cant just lack whenever I please, cant sleep or take a nap, instead I take extended blinks.

The reason I have passion for this top poster shit is for our true brother runningingus, he won the January prize and it was stolen from him, and look he never posted again. For you to keep posting about calories I don't care, but munto he could be an asset, and he could be a lucky winner or an unlucky one because of the flawed ranking system.

I know you're gonna go back to lpsg or wherever you said you post, so whatever but all I keep thinking about is runningingus. Look what we did, traded him for beardy. I would much rather have running instead, he was cool
 
You don't even know running to be making those biting comments, he is one of the hardest working. I guess you'd just be hating on his strong ethic. They probably gave his prize to beardy because they felt bad for him, and if they give this one to you its for the same reason.

So in keeping with our 'everybody gets a blue-ribbon' society, my vote is for Running, Munto, Lightly andTempl to receive whatever prize(s) are available...they are all fully deserving in my opinion. We could also 'crowd-fund' for those who are committed to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and their journey but may lack the resources for the proper tool(s) to assist. I have a very lightly used Quick [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] Pro in its original box w/all the bars/tubes/padding/DVD/etc. and I modified the based to accept larger girth...I'd be willing to toss this in the pile of goodies and the mods can decide from there.

I try to post as frequently as I can, whether I win this month contest or not.
If not I will probably try it next month - if I'm allowed too. But I have to be honest now, posting as frequently is pretty time consuming, but even after I won I would still contribute as often as it's possible for me.
Will it be as frequent as of now? I don't know, but I'll try to check every other day or at least a few times per week.

I didn't even know about the contest until 11th of February and that's when I "basically" started.
Lightlyfried started on 4th of February, now that's not a critique that's a fact look it up. Neither is this me hating.

Templ's irreverence, (while oftentimes combative and personal) adds to every discourse in which he chooses to participate. It would be a shame to not have his perspective, (be it uplifting or his perception of brutal honesty)...I know some of my views are definitely challenged by his posts and after I've read and re-read them a few times, I always come-away with some grain of wisdom gained.

This is what the contest is all about, choosing the most beloved member. In this instance munto is the real member, he's "with that" if you've been paying attention.

This thread was born to give credit for the member of the month which is munto. Congratulations, if you don't win, I will suicide on suppositories
