Extender or Not?

I have been looking around on here and have read a lot about [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]. I have been doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] wraps pretty inconsistantly and really looking just to get a long/thick flaccid. Should I look into an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? Any ideas?

Extenders work if you wear them. It's that simple. I don't see the potential for big gains with them (although some people can).

I would personally recommend the max-vac hanger as one of the greatest positives of a hanger is the flaccid hang is much greater I have gained about 1/2" in flaccid gains as of yet and about 1/4" erect length in about 3 weeks of use.
