Before I put on the extender I try to push blood to te head with kegels, then I wrap my penis under the glans while at the same time pushing al the excess foreskin down so it won't pull.What is your wrapping technique? Do you up the intensity each 15-20 mins?

As for the intensity I graduattly tire out my PC muscle by stretching futher, it usually takes about 10-20 minutes to reach my maximum stretch. I leave it there for 1-2 hour(s) depending on how sore it gets.
Then I repeat the set for 3/4 times a day, I try to spread the sets throughout the day as much as possible.
