Hey all! Okay, here's what I'd like to start, if I may be so bold: As the old saying goes, it's not the size of the boat, but the motion of the ocean. Or something along those lines. Now everyone here is talking about how to make their tug boat an ocean liner, but I haven't heard much about how to improve the other aspects. So I'd like to hear, from the more expirenced members (more expirenced than me, that is) what work out routines or exercises you do that you've found improve your sex life. Now when I say exercises I don't mean like a bundled a-stretch or 1x10^21 kegals a day, I mean like crunches and butterfly presses, stuff like that. I'll start off, and you can continue it:
I personally love pilates. Pilates, I've found, works the entire core, the legs and a bit of the chest. If you incorporate wrist weights you also work the shoulders (Very necessary, unfortunatally, for missionary position.) Plus, since I have an inherently bad back, it does wonders for posture, which every woman likes.
