Day 22:
warm up: 5 minutes rice sock
8-100 dld blasters (10 second stretch between every 10)
6 minutes of LM bundles (3 minutes each direction)
3x30 seconds LM basic stretches (BTC, down, our, left, right, up)
3x35 rotaries both ways
6-8 hours in Ads sleeves
Day 23 + 24:
days off, maybe a bit of time in ads sleeves.
I tested the LM for stretching the other day and it went pretty well! Let my glans heal up a little bit the last couple of days and I think I’m pretty much good to go now, I’ll probably start back the routine tomorrow. I watched the video on LM wrapping and I think I’m going to try the sports pre wrap/adhesive tape/ace bandage approach and see how that works.
the only thing I’m not the biggest fan of with the LM when you strap it on there is about 2” of the shaft that isn’t getting stretched since it’s clamped down.
@DLD does this matter a whole lot or is it ok that the shaft inside the chamber isn’t really getting stretched (or is it)?
