ahaha thank you DLD, my brother! And it will all be thanks to the program you wrote me!? on that note though @DLD, do you have any tips for expressive stretching manually and with the LM? I haven’t tried with my LM yet cause it is still on the way (should be here this week) but whenever I try to do low grip expressive stretches I always find myself just pulling on the skin and not actually getting a good stretch... any tips?
 
Day 16:

-warm up: 5-10 minutes rice sock
-100 DLD blasters (10 second A-stretch after ever 10 DLD blasters)
-6 minutes of bundles
-3x30-40 seconds of basic stretching routine (BTC, left, right, down, up, and out)
-3x25 rotaries clockwise and counter clockwise
-2 minutes of powerassist A stretches
-2 minutes of powerassist V stretches
-2 minutes of Mandingo stretches
-warm down: 5-10 minutes rice sock
-8 hours in silistretcher
-4 hours in ads sleeves

After my routine today and after wearing my silistretcher for the first 3 hours I noticed some soreness in my ligaments again... I now do believe that it is just aches and I am going to keep doing my routine and see how it goes!

Low grip on LM or manual

When I try to do low grip manually all I feel is myself stretching the skin, I’m assuming I may be doing something wrong. I’m sure that when I try it with the LM though it may be a bit better! Do you have any tips? (Example: maybe holding the skin back with a cockring)

session went well today, might try using my pump sometime in the near future to see how deep in the chamber I get (when fully erect I used to get to around 7.25” which is my BPEL size).

after doing my 6 hours in the silistretcher today I noticed on the underside of my penis just under the glans is what looked to be 2 small blisters. I think they may just be a result of water retention though so I’m not too concerned. Just in case though I used my ads sleeves for the rest of the day instead.

@DLD I have a quick question for you my brother! I was wondering if you still practice pe everyday, and if so is the training going well?!

The Lengthmaster is going to give you the best stretch. Manual stretching just does not have the power and intensity that the LM has.

my glans had a sharp soreness last night and today so I kept today’s session a bit easy, I believe it was because of fluid retention when using my silistretcher improperly. Hoping to get a good session tomorrow. The pain still resides right now (every time I squeeze my glans or do a hard kegel with my silicap on I feel it) don’t know what it is but I hope it’s gone by tomorrow or so so that I can have a good session and use my silistretcher

I know it’s only been about 13 days of actual pe (in day 18 but took 4-5 days off) it I haven’t seen any improvements really just from visual measuring. However I understand this is. Marathon so I am optimistic wishing 3-4 months I’ll see some good gains!:)

Nothing wrong with looking at it and seeing that you’re growing. Two weeks might not sound like a lot of time but many men make Newbie gains quickly in their first month.

Perhaps you have brush burn in the area. It’s very hard to detect but I have had this before and when I really looked closely I can see that it was brush burn that was causing the pain. Take a look and see if that solves this is not come back and let me know

I was thinking about this and I think you may have cut or got a Nic towards the top of your urethra. This is pretty common and it should go away rather quickly. At what point is the swelling started?

@DLD you may be right, although the pain kind of feels internal (By this I mean within the glans, even though I don’t believe it is). The redness runs down the glans at the bottom of my urethra but I believe I have had redness there for awhile. The pain comes and Goes and isn’t as bad anymore.

On the bright side my new LM and SiliSleeve came in today! @DLD do you think that I should start using the LM tomorrow even with the pain or should I wait for it to go away?

You can mess around a little bit but I wouldn’t go full out until your urethra is completely healed. It should not take longer than a couple days. The biggest thing you want to do is experiment with wrapping because that’s the one thing that men have the most problems with. But once you find the proper wrap you’re 100%! So spend some time doing this in no time you’ll be using your LM at full intensity

3x30 seconds LM basic stretches (BTC, down, our, left, right, up)

I tested the LM for stretching the other day and it went pretty well! Let my glans heal up a little bit the last couple of days and I think I’m pretty much good to go now, I’ll probably start back the routine tomorrow. I watched the video on LM wrapping and I think I’m going to try the sports pre wrap/adhesive tape/ace bandage approach and see how that works.

the only thing I’m not the biggest fan of with the LM when you strap it on there is about 2” of the shaft that isn’t getting stretched since it’s clamped down. @DLD does this matter a whole lot or is it ok that the shaft inside the chamber isn’t really getting stretched (or is it)?

If it’s in the chamber is getting stretched along with the rest of the shaft. I hope I’m answering the question correctly.

Planning on getting around 100-200 hours logged in it by the end of September and consistently get around 100-200 in it every month while also using a sili sleeve while I sleep possibly!

Well you’re easing into this so being busy is actually a good thing. Add more as you can but do not rush it you don’t want to hurt yourself. I’m looking forward to when you can use it full-time and reap the benefits!

I haven’t been doing much pe at all the passed week or so because of my glans but they are finally starting to feel a bit better! When I start up again (either tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday) I’m going to start off again at Day 1 since I have all my equipment now and since I’ve taken the last little while off of Pe. Looking to stay motivated and make some good gains!
