Erection because of kegels ?

Hey guys,

after a long pause, I am picking up PE again, and have been doing kegels and the following happens:

When ever I do my kegels, without ever beeing aroused, I start getting an erection (HQ 6-7/10) by the time I reach the 20th kegel. Is that normal? Couldn't find a thread with an answer to that.

That's AMAZING!I get nothing like this! When I do flaccid kegeling I just flex the PC, but see no blood pump up my penis. If I clamp off at the base, kegel and sqeeze to keep all the blood and not let it go out- after about 20 kegels I get the same thing, but not if I dont have my hand squeezing the base. Looks like you pump a lot of blood toward your penis. That is GOOD mate! Especially for girthwork!

Ahh okay, well if it's a good sighn I'm relaxed. I've staid away from clamping so far. Nothing but jelquing, well now also kegels. More girth is good, I'm at 5.7in now and would like to have 6
