I finally got a job so I now can start saving up for the second Ultrasound device.
It is evident that you need two devices in order to heat up the upper and lower shaft simultaneously and systematically.
I have been busy alot so I forgot to report here but I have to make myself accountable and keep reporting.
I strained too much with the pelvic floor muscles few days ago so I felt a sharp pain.
I took a few days rest. I did a reverse kegel so strongly that I overstrained my pelvic floor you have to watch out.
Instead of pushing too hard and straining it, during orgasm, make sure your pelvic floor muscles are strong enough to withstand the pressure and pleasure of orgasmic waves and holding back ejaculation.
I simply have too weak pelvic floor muscles during orgasm so it needs more training.
Once in a while I test my dry orgasm abilities and I failed again and I must go on and train longer to be able to hold back ejaculation easily.
So I am planning on making my pelvic floor muscles so strong that I can hold back ejaculation while riding the point of no return with no effort.
If you can do that your dry orgasms will turn into full blown full body orgasms and that pleasure is next level.
You have to be comfortable at the point of no return. Your pelvic floor muscles must be strong enough to ride those orgasmic waves without cumming. This is high level shit.
I am going on Nofap again and this time I will try to find the limit and keep holding back during edging.
when you’re next to cumming and do a reverse kegel the sexual pleasure will decrease a bit so you can keep thrusting without cumming.
All this stuff needs a delicate balance and is very worth it in the end.
Make it a habit of training your pelvic floor and approximate that point of no return and learn to handle the extreme sexual pleasure and energy.

Reverse kegel holds throughout the day
Mini kegels 5*100 (IC-muscle)
Reverse kegel holds 3*60s (BC-muscle)
Testicle health massage 30 minutes
I did a shock routine today in order to exhaust the IC-muscle that controls your erection hardness and strength. At around the 200 mark I got a hard erection, and it went away and got totally flaccid during the 400-500 mark.
I already feel that I can achieve harder erections with less effort. And it really boosts your kegel and reverse kegel efforts when you pump blood and contract your pelvic floor the shaft gets even harder.
