Tuesday february 18th

Yesterday (monday) and today I didn’t do any reverse kegels or my kegel routine. I pushed too hard and it caused hemorrhoids.

I feel pain in my anal sphincter muscles and I need to heal that before I continue my training.

I feel that I have to push pretty hard in order to feel my PC/BC muscles relax a bit. They are so tight it’s unbelievable.

I also always have to contract my abdominal muscles in order to really do a reverse kegel.

I have to be more cautious with this stuff.

My body is finally healed so I will continue my routine. I have to work up from 0.

I noticed that you need very strong pelvic floor muscles in order to supress the spasms and vibrations that come from you approaching orgasm.
I think one needs at least 6 months - 1 year of consistent kegel routine to be able to effortlessly hold back orgasms.

Let alone when you’re in the heat of a good fuck with your girl and it’s getting hotter and hotter. You will need a tremendous amount of willpower and body control to be able to hold back while she’s riding your dick like crazy.

I feel I need to grow much more in strength with the pelvic floor muscles. Be consistent.

Since adding the testicle health routine have you noticed changes in your flaccid hang?

It hurts quite often when I do the testicle health massages. I do them 15 minutes every morning.

I feel all the plumbing had congestion and it needs more work to be able to reap the benefits.

It feels like I am kickstarting my hormones but not necessarily a more flaccid hang. I’d wish that my testicle would grow to the size of chicken eggs!
