okay so I figured it out. I have to work on my IC muscles and isolate that part of my pc muscles specifically for ultra rock hard erections.

I will be working on that for a while. My BC/PC muscles are too strong in comparison.

I stopped doing regular kegels and i’m doing those mini kegels to train my IC muscle (Ischiocavernosus muscle)

Pelvic floor balance Erection hardness: IC muscles
Mini kegels 3*20
Reverse kegel holds 3*50s
Reverse kegel holds throughout the day 7*50s

damn that ischiocavernosus muscle is where it’s at. I lied down on bed and I got a good erection while working this muscle. The trick is to do mini kegels and to not let the stronger pc/bc muscles interrupt the exercise!

This small muscle ensures rock hard erections hands free so all in all you have to really balance your pelvic floor muscles.

Do your kegels for pc/bc muscles and mini kegels for ic muscles and reverse kegels to relax and stretch everything.

The mini kegels feels like your penis retracting a bit quickly without using the PC/BC muscles ?

i’m going to do these for a while now till everything is balanced and then I incorporate my regular kegel routine as well. I’m so happy !

I’m so glad to hear that you’re happy with what’s going on! I’m so glad that you’re taking pelvic floor muscle exercises seriously. They are the hidden giant in PE.

My IC muscles started to fatigue quickly and I couldn’t do 100 reps properly anymore lol. When I do proper reps I feel my erection getting harder and harder. I have to dial back in order to get more strength.

I think i’m overdoing them a bit so I will build these reps up nice and slowly.

I have rested a bit. Now it’s time to build up the sets and reps for the IC muscles.

Looks like I still have to wait more months to finally get an ultrasound device. There are some huge bills that have to be paid.

Patience is key. I will get my ultrasound device soon.

I started incorporating regular kegels for a complete pelvic floor muscle balance.

The reverse kegels are done to counteract a tight PC muscle.

Holy shit I didn’t post for one month.

I was lazy and didn’t do anything!

Time to get back into training

Reverse kegel holds 60s sets throughout the day every 30 minutes. I still feel that my PC muscle is very tight and it gets tight with everything I do. Standing, sitting, walking etc.... I need to do reverse kegels on a frequent basis to really push it out and forcing it to relax.

When I masturbated a few weeks ago I already felt the relieve of pushing out the PC muscles by doing a reverse kegel so you can last much longer.

Of course it’s still not strong enough but my dick gets extremely hard while I am stimulating it and I do the reverse kegel.

So the key is to really be able to do consistently reverse kegels while fucking a woman super hard so you can pound away for hours and you don’t ejaculate.

It’s amazing what reverse Kegels will do. When I came up with this exercise back in 2002 I had no idea it would become as popular as it has. But it truly is a miracle exercise as I can do so much. Aside from allowing you to have incredible endurance in bed it also is the best thing to do while you’re stretching, I’ll explain. When we engage an RK We are putting the pelvic floor muscles into a state of submission to where they were not able to resist the stretch allowing us to get the most out of the length routine
