Kegels: off day
Bruise cream in morning

8 bundled stretches. Wash oil off, oxball on tight. Keep tight after each stretch. Using green theraband wrapped around with leluv silicone sleeve (no flange) at base as anchor. First 4 bundles just twist 1 turn hold 1 minute. Next 4, 1 twist, 30s then intensify with pull for 30s. Squeezing blood out each time and reseting band and oxball.

EQ was not great today due to distractions but good enough to get some work done. Can’t wait to get back to pumping.. discoloration still persists.

Using vitamin E and bruise cream and taking break from pumping. Depends if I see signs it is improving. The darker area hasn't really changed. I haven't had the red dots for a bit at least. The discoloration is Hemosiderin staining pretty sure.

Just out of curiosity, which bruising cream are you using? The ingredients may already contain vitamin E, but they may also contain ingredients that counter vitamin E.

I'm either using just vitamin E or that cream. 3 times total. At waking up, after shower, and before bed. I can't be positive of the benefits at this point.. Vitamin E oil is 5000IU.
 
Worst comes to worst, Musely FaceRX is one of those prescriptions that kicks the darken skin at the highest level. There are over the counter cream like what you're using. After around 2 months, if you don't see any change, switch to different formulation. There are way too many to account for. There is no one cream fits all.

Soft/hand-clamp session: not really strict progression. I did both with and without CR. Messing around edging/ballooning. Doing this thing where I am hand-clamping and kind of tugging on head from behind glans and then some compressions against clamp. Also doing this thing where I am loosening the clamp against the pressure just slightly until grip is very loose then letting go as I kegel all the blood back in and reclamp.

Does this look like a thrombosed vein? Not sure what it is. It is right on the border of foreskin and inner foreskin so is usually semi-hidden by the extra skin. It is there when flaccid and erect. I honestly can't remember if I'd seen it in the past. It doesn't hurt and penis function is normal.

I don't think so. Even if I push on it rather hard. I wouldn't say it's like a 'hard wire'. I'm sure it's some blood vessel because it is more prominent when I am wearing a cockring or hand-clamping. I have another spot on the underside below head that bulges but only when I am around 100% erection.

DLD is spot on. It's actually an over expansion of the artery.
 
Excellent! Suggestions once your financial situation stabilizes:
  • Push Vit D3 to 3,000 units.
  • If you are using L-critrulline, and not L-critrulline malate, decrease to 4g per day. If you are using L-critrulline malate, only use 5g a day. Break both up to 2g or 2.5g every 6 hours.
  • Since you got good amino acids and proteins in you, along with great weight to height ratio, at the upper age, you might want to use HMB as boosters for your body during workouts, taking advantage of the VitD3 and good omega for muscle and testosterone maintenance. Work more efficiently and not waste the efforts.
When you are ready, take advantage of the malleability you are blessed with and increase in the intensity and sessions for the pumping as you reach the upper moderate pressure zone. The moment you hit 8inHg, this is where the magic moment starts. As you hit the 10 inHg, the magical moment explodes into a full on Shankar La miracle. Get ready and get excited.
Should citrulline malate taste awful? I can't stand it. It ruins my protein shake and oatmeal.

It does taste sour. Never combine with protein. It creates curds or curd-like tasting. I mix it with my Vit D3 and HMB, with a bit of hydration powder to recover from sweating. If you don't want hydration powder, honey or sugar will do just fine. Most can't handle the sour tasting.
 
hmm. Earlier I mixed into 60g cheerios, 1/4 tsp vitamin C, 1/2 cup frozen blue berries, 1/4 cup pecans, 1 cup oat milk, and 1 tsp citrulline malate 2:1. It was overwhelming. Usually if I mix into 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 tsp vitamin C, 1 tsp citrulline malate, it isn't horrible. Maybe because it is cooked it diminishes somewhat? It definitely sours the taste but still edible. I might continue eating with the cooked oatmeal just to finish it off. But I ordered a new 1kg of citrulline plain.

clarification: 1000IU in multivitamin so total vitamin D is 3000IU. I'll have to look into L-citrulline malate and HMB. I do try to keep my supplements reasonable.

Right now, my routine is 3 days on, 1 day off. Masturbation on off day only to release.
This is basically just the 5x5x3 as laid out in these forums

warmup: shower or heatpad.

bundled stretches for 10 mins. Alternating sides. Turning evenly across shaft until feeling a deep stretch then pull outward, 30 sec at a time. I like to use a cloth to help grip and I tend to believe it evens the stretch out a bit.

Apply coconut oil and work into shaft and glans through basic jelqs, c-jelqs, jelq with bend, downward jelq for 3-5 mins until oil is absorbed. Then towel it off. Skin should feel smooth but not oily now.

Then going into alternation of SSJ and pumping 5 mins each.

pumping pressure: Right now I am going to 5Hg in 1st pump and maybe touch 6Hg at end. 2nd pump I'll go up to 5, then 6, then 7. 3rd pump I'll go up to 8Hg. While in tube, I am now doing slow thrusting while standing up and some shaking and pulling outward on tube. I am trying to focus my mind on what I am watching and get intune with it enough that I am getting natural erection inside tube. That's when I get the best expansion.

SSJ: I might be taking some liberty with these. I use OK grip and reverse OK grip below glans. I start with a squeeze, then quick kegel and start sliding up shaft. I am progressively pushing the glans hand back toward the shaft hand until they meet. Rotating a bit as well. I do like 4 slides. But then I also throw in some compressions at different sections of the shaft. Trying to focus more on the top half since thats where I need the most expansion. Alternating sides.

After the SSJ and pumps I usually do the compressions and bends.

Put on cockring off and on for like 1-2 hrs, cycling every like 10 mins. I like to wrap in heatpad and use vibrator to maintain heavy erection. I'll end with close up red light.
