I think I will drop 1 warmup set and 1 working set.

I usually go about 2-3 mins on the SSJ between pumps. Any more and it gets stale. I do 10-20mins in the shower everyday already. Which is nice in the warm water. I have good water pressure and one of those big rainfall shower heads.

Night:
Warmup: heatpad, 8 bundled stretches: 1.5 turn x 4 x 30s hold, 10 gua sha each side, then 1.5 turn x 30sec with increase into 2 turn for addition 15sec, then 10 more gua sha each side.

Mityvac AIR alternating with mod jelq and SSJ

2.125x12” cylinder
5mins @4Hg work up to 8
5mins @4Hg work up to 8, pulse 9
7min @4Hg work up to 8Hg quickly.

I was doing this thing where I pull cylinder outward, tilt up, and twist it slightly to left then alternate to right. I know I shouldn’t be doing hard twists while under pressure. I was doing slightly enough. It had an interesting effect and during the warmup pump with 2” cylinder, I was touching end.

No significant edema despite going up to 9. Maybe it was doing less sets. Or maybe yesterdays pump session acclimated me a bit. EQ wasn’t quite as good this time which was mostly mental. I fractured one of my toes during my move. I clipped the edge of some furniture while barefoot (was told not to wear shoes in house so not to track dirt)

Bathmate hydromax9 in shower. Max bellows. X3. Probably ~5mins each. Some mod jelq / SSJ in between.

I let the bath fill up and tried doing bathmate under the water. That’s so much easier when there’s no air pockets. First two pumps were standing. The one where I pumped under the water and lied back in the bath had the best expansion I think. Will have to mess around with this a bit. I’d like to be able to get 5x3 done in shower but it has to be able to finish in roughly 20mins. Perhaps I do some warmup outside of shower first..

So glad your using water, it is the best way to go. The total time to do the 5x5x3 which takes about 30 minutes. You can drop a set and will be about 20 minutes

Note that I was starting my worksets at 3Hg and waiting until I had full natural erection before starting the timer and working into productive pressures. I also lower down to 3Hg at the end and same with natural erection before releasing.

Just bathmate hydromax9 with comfort sleeve in shower/bath. Bit cramped but made it work. Submerged. 5mins for sure x 3. Came out looking like a monster, a sea monster lol. EQ very good. If only I had a wider bath. Bathmate is quite big so I have to find the right position where there is enough room between legs. I went lengthwise in bath, leaning back a little (slight ab workout there). Between sets I did mostly jelqs. Mixed some SSJ in there too. I actually found that submerged in water there is a decent traction without the carpet burn feeling. Did about 30 mins of cockring after.

Definitely liking the bathmate submerged pump. I have no edema. I might try mityvac water but as I’ve said before, the extra pieces make it annoying in the shower.
 
I might be able to do 5x5x3 with bathmate in the bath since refilling is just dunking into water. Although, I am slowed down a bit by my toe fracture at the moment.
 
Yeah. Transverse fracture of the 5th(small toe) proximal phalanx. Piece of furniture was sticking out and clipped it with my bare foot. Real pain the ass. Have to wear this boot thing most of the day for a few weeks.

Long bath session.

I might be wrong about the times and pressure on this since I couldn’t really write anything down..

I used both bathmate hydromax9 and mityvac water pump with 2.125x12” cylinder

My recollection..

Bathmate full bellows somewhere around 5 mins
Mityvac 6Hg roughly 5mins. I don’t think I was fully hard going in so at 6Hg, water trap was too full
Bathmate full bellows roughly 5mins
Mityvac 6Hg roughly 5 mins. Still don’t think I went in fully hard.

Finally.. mityvac went in fully hard and got it all going right. Worked up to 8Hg for 5-6mins and then went up to 9Hg for maybe a minute at most. This was probably the best expansion I’ve had yet. According to the front ruler on cylinder, I was at about 9.5 inches and possibly filling tube up to ½ way. Now despite what others have said, if you are looking at member in water cylinder through the air, it is refracted. But if you submerged into water, you will see it perfectly. When I took out of cylinder, it was possibly biggest I’ve seen it. When I finally got above water, I literally went ‘oh damn’.

No visible edema.

Did cockring for 20 or so minutes while cleaning up.

(Note to self: facing away from faucet is best place, about midbath. Use knee to hold the water trap against side of bath and there is enough tubing. Coconut oil does work under water to help slide in tube.)

Well, this unfortunately was a lengthy session. I am sure others in house were confused what I was doing in bathroom for well over and hour lol. Listening to music in the bath? Meditating?

Hmm. I wonder if I should continue to alternate bathmate and mityvac in same session. If I can get 2-3 pumps with bathmate to warm up and increase EQ, that might work. Then do an epic mityvac pump up to 9Hg.

Sigh..same thing happened to me when I slammed my toes into the bed posts while walking in the dark. Get the calcium and Vit D3 going for yourself for the next 3 months. 500mg to 800mg of calcium and 500 IU of Vit D3 is enough for the filling of the fracture.

in shower, hand clamping and semi-tight cockring + hand clamp. Pushing on head a bit while clamped. Unclamp then kegel more blood then reclamp. So no jelqs. Just a quick thing.

note: I am almost always wearing oxball ball stretcher during sessions. No weights. I try to pull just the right amount of skin into it. First I slide it all the way up the back of scrotum, then sides, then front. Then I stretch flaccid and pull down the front just enough so it is level and balls are falling straight down. Once I get erect and put cockring on, I can microadjust so there's no extra skin. I realize the extra skin will probably never go away, especially while I am doing PE. Using correct cylinder diameter helps. When I jelq, use my other hand to make a very soft ring around base. Hoping that over time I stretch skin that is on the shaft instead of the skin around pubic area and scrotum. At the very least, I don't want to make it worse.

Can't even walk properly for a whole month without feeling like a crippled old man learning how to walk like a toddler.

No edema. Discoloration and red dots pretty much after first pump. I wonder if 2” tube is just too small headway. I’m not in position to get the 12 inch cylinder right now though but it’d probably help.
