clarification: 1000IU in multivitamin so total vitamin D is 3000IU. I'll have to look into L-citrulline malate and HMB. I do try to keep my supplements reasonable.

bundled stretches for 10 mins. Alternating sides. Turning evenly across shaft until feeling a deep stretch then pull outward, 30 sec at a time. I like to use a cloth to help grip and I tend to believe it evens the stretch out a bit.
Apply coconut oil and work into shaft and glans through basic jelqs, c-jelqs, jelq with bend, downward jelq for 3-5 mins until oil is absorbed. Then towel it off. Skin should feel smooth but not oily now.
Then going into alternation of
SSJ and pumping 5 mins each.
pumping pressure: Right now I am going to 5Hg in 1st pump and maybe touch 6Hg at end. 2nd pump I'll go up to 5, then 6, then 7. 3rd pump I'll go up to 8Hg. While in tube, I am now doing slow thrusting while standing up and some shaking and pulling outward on tube. I am trying to focus my mind on what I am watching and get intune with it enough that I am getting natural erection inside tube. That's when I get the best expansion.
SSJ: I might be taking some liberty with these. I use OK grip and reverse OK grip below glans. I start with a squeeze, then quick kegel and start sliding up shaft. I am progressively pushing the glans hand back toward the shaft hand until they meet. Rotating a bit as well. I do like 4 slides. But then I also throw in some compressions at different sections of the shaft. Trying to focus more on the top half since thats where I need the most expansion. Alternating sides.
After the
SSJ and pumps I usually do the compressions and bends.
Put on
cockring off and on for like 1-2 hrs, cycling every like 10 mins. I like to wrap in heatpad and use
vibrator to maintain heavy erection. I'll end with close up
red light.
