Hi, I noticed that my skin(on the penis) is really dry, almost at the point it starts bleeding. Is there something that can fix this? Any salve?
Thanks for the help

1% Hydrocortisone is quite good, yes. I've used several types of creams, oils etc..
Jojoba oil or apricot seed oil is quite good, in my opinion. I feel that Bepanthen or equivalent is quite good as well.
If you do masturbate, I suggest using a lubricant. I'm a big fan of using something slick rather than a dry palm. I think if you do it dry, it can cause hot friction which isn't so good on the skin.
At least from my viewpoint. Keep your penis happy and relatively moist!
I can't tell if the cotisone helped for sure, but it got better. I also tried not to use too much soap when I showered which seemed to help me alot too.

What do you recommend for using dryness on the head, not the shaft skin but the exposed head. My head looks all wrinkly when flaccid and I'm sure it's because it's dry, I'm not circumsized but doing PE has caused this. What do you guys recommend for the head of the penis? I use coconut oil but it's not really much help.
Hey! For the dryness of head, some light oil like apricot seed oil could work well. Also, if you wash with soap; quit! Rinsing is enough most of the time. If you must use soap, it would be best to use some pH 5.5 or relative to that soap. Much better for your skin. Skin is the largest organ anyway, better take good care of it.
Coconut oil is somewhat good, weird that it hasn't helped you. But try apricot seed oil or the Bepanthen (or equivalent, at least where I live there's slightly cheaper product with same incredients).
Stay hydrated as well, as in drink water.

Thanks! I will try that. And im not sure if it's the soap because it only started after a few months of when i began PE. But I'll try the apricot seed oil, thank you.
