I've been experimenting with the length of my sets again trying to get good healthy expansion in a reasonable amount of time, and I found this method works very well. I do a drop set or a reverse pyramid set if you are familiar with weight lifting terminology. Basically I am doing 20 min> jelq > 15 min >jelq > 10 min > jelq> done... If you have time you can take it even further 9 min> 8 min> 7 min> and so on. This strategy gives me very nice expansion and keeps me plump for almost 2 whole hours. I would not do this approach every single day, but it is a good one I think. If you want to take it a step further you can of course do a cock ring afterwords and/or edge.
