Yeah it will, if you have a sideways you bend away from the curve so it will fill with blood, thusly balancing out the curve. With the CS if you have a downward curve I imagine it is hindering blood flow, depending on severity. I could be wrong, but from what I understand a curve is a form of peryione's which is a calus like blockage. It can be gotten rid of, so no fear.
