Donut

Hello,
I've gotten my first "donut" the other day after hanging, and it scared the hell outta me. I remember reading awhile ago about a guy on this forum that couldn't get rid of his "donut" and a surgical procedure was necessary to remove it. I keep getting small amounts of fluid build up after hanging for 15 minutes and it really bothers me. BTW my routine is hanging 2-15 min. sets, then half hour of manual stretching because hanging is so damn uncomfortable. Anyways, I'll never let a scapel of any knife near my dong, so how can I guarentee that the fluid build up won't be perment?

p.s.-I already know about heat and massage, but what if it didn't work.

I think taking your time when preparing to hang is the key. When I used to hang I would take great care when I was wrapping as if I rushed this, whenever I did, I would end up getting retention. The donut effect is more avoiding it than remedies after it happened. The best wrapping technique, IMO, is stillwantmore's tutorial on the subject.
