I will try to explain what I mean.
I am currently following the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] although instead of doing 3 sets per day (15 per week) I am probably only averaging about 7 sets per week and maybe 2 jelqing sessions per week.
I think it is almost proven that people get the best results in their first 2-3 months just with other exercising like running or weightlifting. Now I have been doing this routine for about 2 months and I have gained about 3/8 in length. I know if I had stuck to the routine exactly it would have probably been over 1/2 inch length.
My questions is, have I 'wasted' my newbie 2-3 months with not being intense enough as this is normally the easiest period to gain or have I prolonged the newbie period as I havent been doing as many exercises? Does this make sense?
I know I should try to be more consistent but the way I see it is that to get my goals of 1 1/2 length I have to do this for a long period of time, 1-2 years most likely. And I feel like I will be more likely to stick at it for that period of time by not letting my life revolve around it. In saying that however, I do have massive respect for anyone sticking to a intense routine and being consistent.
