I am going to be adding a ton of exercise to the paysite including REDZULU'S collection of exercise and SUPRA'S collection. I am going to Florida in a week and I will hopefully have these completed upon my return. I am also going to include THE [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]POWER ASSIST[/words] exercises, Hanging instruction along with all of my newest exercises.

This is a good suggestion. A quick reference, similar to a glossary or such, would be a great addition to the paysite. Unfortunately, those of you that are not [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members really can't expect DLD to put out all his best stuff on the table in such a format.
