DLD's footlong stretch.

In my quest for as much length as possible, I did a set of the footlong
stretches in place of my second set of basicis stretches. Wow. Seen and felt a big difference. But during the 2nd or 3rd set, I added something. I would rock my heal with my count and it would turn the stretch into I guess a pulse stretch. By doing this, it would increase my max of 100% to like 110 or 120. I was wondering if anyone else who has done this has applied this as well?
 
Sounds cool, like a 110/footlong Combo. How do you feel post session?
 
I felt really sore and worked. Much more so than just the basic stretches. I
had done the footlongs before, but not in conjuction with all the other stuff I have been doing lately. It's a great stretch you came up with DLD.

Cool, then I will give it a try. I have been incorporating 110's into my hanging routine and I feel the intensity there.

I have not checked my PM's yet, I will get on it this evening.
 
I do the same. Ive been using the footlongs as my downward stretches in my routine for 2 weeks solid now. I also rock back and push forward with my foot, and then forward and slightly to the side, and then straight down all the time pulsing. Ive noticed for the last 3 days that when I walk around I can really fell the soreness in my ligs and at the base. Feels great though, as if something is really happening.

I love that feeling. I remember, somewhere in my first few months of Penis Enlargement, I had an unusually long workout and later that day I was so sore I could barely walk.

I know, Ive been walking around more than normal just so I can remind myself I been working out well. It adds that little more mental motivation and feels gooooood rofl
