In my quest for as much length as possible, I did a set of the footlong
stretches in place of my second set of basicis stretches. Wow. Seen and felt a big difference. But during the 2nd or 3rd set, I added something. I would rock my heal with my count and it would turn the stretch into I guess a pulse stretch. By doing this, it would increase my max of 100% to like 110 or 120. I was wondering if anyone else who has done this has applied this as well?
