I'm thinking along the lines of Plyometric Blasters but doing a kegel and holding my stretch can chuck me off my stretch. Where as a reverse kegel I can focus on the stretch but I have to kegel so I can hold the reverse kegal for longer after.
Fatiguing the pc mucsle.
Pulsating while doing a kegel as in quick repetitive tugs while doing a kegel with each tug then after doing so many say 10 pluses then do a reverse kegel and hold the stretch and as hard as possible.
