Wow, this was crazy back then. I did Penis Enlargement for an hour in the AM and an hour in the PM. I would train Lazy Ass Stretches all day. I would get in mini sessions of stretching on every bathroom break and I would try to get a mid day 1/2 hour session in too. I was obsessed. I think I could have made the gains I made without all of this work but I wanted to push the limits and see what would happen.

BTW. been jelqing for the first time in my pe career for almost 3 months i only spend a half hour every day and i know i'll measure in at a bigger girth its just looking bigger!

Working smarter is better than working longer. I spent a lot of time I most likely did not need to but I also figured out a lot of stuff I would not have if I wasn't so obsessed. It is a live and learn process.

Regret is a fucked up thing and I mean FUCKED UP. I never can understand the things that I did and why I did them after they were done. When I am in the midst of regret I ask why, why, why? But, like the sun rises, the day comes that I say OH! That is why! I wish these moments of understanding could remain present in the times of regret but I guess it is a infinite process. I say this more about "more" serious things in my life but the advice remains true at any level. My son says it best, no matter what is fucked up in my life, I could be crying wanted to just kill myself and he will look at me with his huge green eyes and say "Daddy, everything is perfect." As pissed off as I feel when he says it, I know it is true, it always is. I like to say that Heisenberg had his head up his ass, there are no mistakes, everything happens for a reason and if we stick around long enough we find out what the reason is. Life is intended to get prettier and prettier, I think we just ignore the perfection buried in regret.

E.g you may want to be a Hollywood actor, but you may not be able to handle the fame, so you are not strong enough, so things happen which prevent you from becoming it, and we put that down to some excuse, and regret it.

I think I did not explain things as I should have. When I say perfect, I mean, things are the way they are for a reason. It may not be comfortable or enjoyable but they need to be this way to bet to the next level. I understand that this is a very controversial view but if I believed it were any other way I could not deal with what happens here. Perhaps it is wishful thinking but in the most trying times of my life I have always been able to look back and see why. I also believe that when we are able to view things this way hind-sight starts to become fore-sight and life becomes much more gratifying. Do I regret stuff? Hell yeah, I never feel a day go by that I don't say "Damn, I wish I could go back to that moment and change everything" but I also know that this is futile. The only savior in the regret is the learning process that makes our lives better. I must also add that my son made it clear that Penis EnlargementRFECT meant Penis EnlargementR-FACT. He says that we need to take every moment a a factual perfection because it is the way it is, therefore it must be perfect.

You will never find the treasure if you don't dig for it. In penis enlargement I have dug a lot of holes and once in a while I find some treasures.
