I have been on an intensive aerobic routine for about 5 months now. I have not lost anymore weight, still at 208 but I am much more muscular. I need to follow a diet to lose weight but I just can't do it.

how long did it take you to convince yourself to cut it?...right know my locks are to the middle of my back...everyone is telling me that i am going to have to cut it after i graduate to get a job....i'm an acctg/finance major....a pretty reserved field.....i feel like fuck that i am not cutting my hair for no job...i don't give a fuck...but i also didn't spend all these damn years in college not to go out and be able to support myself....i'm just not thinking about cutting it anytime soon...but when i do...i thought about donating it to a charity as well

Yeah that's like me, i'm tryin my damndest for a six-pack, i'm doing the crunches 4-5 times a week, but just can't get rid of the layer of fat covering them.
I've just recently cut out junk food from my diet, and am eating stuff like fruit, chicken, pasta and high in fibre cereals etc.
I hope i start to see a difference when i go to college next month.
With a six-pack and a big dick i can't fail to find a girl, lol
