wow that is some serious flaccid growth. any recommendations on what i should add to my manuals for tunica growth i will for sure listen too. the bib has really done a good job on the ligs and tunica base... but i need the mid and upper part of the tunica to stretch some too. hopefully i will find some good potential there haha
yes as other people have said you have to make sure you are ready for these exercises, you don't want to do any damage to the penis! And just make sure you don't overdo it, if you do then it hurt rather than help your efforts.
I didn't try these until I had been at it for more than three years. There are so many ways to increase your flaccid length without trying these advanced stretches.

i have never done a manual session that i have been sore after. honestly that is why i dont like them. i am sure they work but cannot gauge what I am doing. And my number one rule is... dont get injured. I know i am missing out on certain areas of my tunica. I have tried manuals on and off but just feel so confused with them it pisses me off. I feel like i have no "feel" for what i am trying to accomplish. I can pull my penis straight out as hard as my grip can take me and dont feel anything after doing sets of these.
With the BIB i at least can gauge where i am at. I can hang 20 lbs for 20 minutes BTC. I believe I still have gains to make on the BIB at these heavier weights and pulling the ligs out.
I wish so much i got the manual thing. I do them and have... I just am frustrated.
