Ok I have reached phase 2 after 1 Month of doing the Phase 1 just as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] Says. But When doing DLD Blasters I find it hard to tell if I am actually doing it right. After doing the blasters my penis feels sore so i assume I got a good stretch, but when I measure with a ruler I see no gain at all. When I did newbie stretches after stretching i temporarily gained a 1/2" - 1" in length. But doing the blasters I see nothing. Also Since this routine only last 10min at the max should I still add newbie streches to the routine also?
