DLD, A question specifically for you.

I remember a whillle back you lost a shitload of weight and became very lean. Was the pad fat the last part to go? I am on a weightloss plan and want to lose 30-40 pounds and get very very lean around 6% bodyfat. Usually fat form my cheeks and face is the first noticeable area of weightloss. I was wondering how long till the fat pad melts off.

Cardio....I'm doing the same thing and the fat-pad is almost non-existent now. Of course, I had to change my eating habits as well. My face has gotten much flater as well.

I was in a very spiritual place at the time I lost the weight. It was almost as if I decided what and where I wanted to lose the weight and it happened. I was in the beginning stages of understanding manifestation and I had just began studying the Kabbalah. I found that the actions of diet and exercise were more inspired than work, my body went into automatic mode and all actions seemed to present themselves as if on cue. My diet plan consisted of 28 days of fasting, using only simple sugars and minimal complex carbs to keep my metabolism up and my glycemic index up enough to get in 20 minutes of cardio in the AM coupled with 20 minutes of light weight training in the afternoon. I also consumed about 2 gallons of water daily. At around an hour before bed I would take in more basic carbs (about 2 tbs. of table sugar), I used this energy to get in a short walk before bed and at around 45-1.5 hours after taking the sugar my glycemic index would drop and I was able to sleep with ease. The 28 day time period was vital as this is the amount of time it takes for a human to change a belief(s). After this time period I was fully able to continue the system after the fasting ended.

During this fasting period I created a diet to use after the fast was done. Basically I listed all the foods I loved and made a healthy substitution for that food. For instance, ice cream was something I loved so I made the substitute of fat free frozen yogurt. I did this with every food and created a realistic diet that would be doable and with little suffering. My exercise remained the same. When the fast ended I took up the new diet. It took me about 4 months but in this time I lost almost 140 pounds.

First place the weight dropped was my stomach and fat pad, I was losing inches every month. My face and neck also became much thinner. Nothing came off my ass but I have no ass to begin with:) My muscles became stronger and leaner. I no longer looked anything like myself. I found that I lost too much weight and went on the gain 60 pounds back. My penis looked ridiculously long, even when flaccid...it was amazing to finally be able to see the inches I gained under the fat pad. Unfortunately the first place I gained the weight back was my belly, fat pad and face:) I plan on slimming up a bit this winter. Armand, my son, is a boxer and he really wants me to start taking classes at the gym, I may do this.

From your experience if you press a ruler into the fatpad and see a hidden 1" of penis hiding, when you dose the fat pad do you get to visually see that full inch that was hiding or like 3/4ths of it.

At my peak I had less than a quarter inch fat pad, so all length was visible to the quarter inch. When I was heavier my fat pad was 2", therefore 2" of penis was not visable. Even at 9.5" (what I think I measured at the time) only 7.5 inches was visible non-bone pressed. If you watch my earlier videos this is very evident.
