Difference between behind the cheeks and outward stretches

Anyone can tell me the difference in the way you do these two stretches.
When you do a normal outward stretch compared to a behind the cheeks stretch to the center, what are the differences? How is behind the cheeks stretches beneficial compared to other stretches?

just a pull from a different angle.. I believe doing all the directions makes sure you are tearing all the way around the penis evenly.. thats what i think anyway.

btw, I prefer the downward stretch the most.. my BTC stretch streches my pubic skin too tight that I don't even feel a good pull on my penis.
 
The different stretches are geared to hit different parts of the penis. BTC stretch the ligaments, along with other downward stretches. The further down and back you go the more it stresses the ligaments, so BTC would be the most extreme downward angle (down and up). Upward stretches, anything above straight out will train the tunica (the sheath like covering of the penis).
 
So what if you don't stretch all parts of the penis equally as well as each other, say you make a really good downwards stretch to the right but struggle to get a good stretch from downwards to the left for whatever reason like bad grip, will that impact on your gains? Does all angles of your ligament need to be stretched thoroughly in order to achieve gains?

10 years is 10 years, 1.5" is 1.5" Sounds good to me, I guess he could have 10 years under his belt and no gains.

All I am trying to say here is that in 10 years it will be 10 years and you could have a dick 1.5" longer or not...It is up to the user to do the work and reap the benefits. Time will pass regardless.
 
Just added recently again. Actually I'm completely equipment free at the moment except for an esl40 short time hang occasionally.
All night stretch, between the cheeks. A ball each side, but you can also change to Two balls on one side. Talcom powder is reccommended.
So normally I'm a side sleeper but I've actually found myself being able to sleep on my back. Waking up to do a pee or the other is if a ball gets sore having to readjust. But even readjusting with practice becomes very quick. So main concern was ball problems while asleep. Nothing. If too much pain I'll ease the tension of the stretch or start a new stretch. The talcom powder helps the head stick to the sheet and lower back. It's an all night stretch that is light on the ligaments but I feel your body will alert you if there's a problem. I like it as it's natural, no equipment. I'm in SE Asia so get farts out of the way, wash with bum gun, dry. Then ready for a night of free ligament stretching. I guess I've just been lazy with my routines, but now that I'm back, this is a must for me and gives me a big flaccid in the morning which inspires me to do a good hour morning stretch. I feel cleanliness is key. So the bum gun and getting farts out before bed is important. Bizarre post, yes, but if it helps someone like its helping me, I'm happy. Peace.
