Just added recently again. Actually I'm completely equipment free at the moment except for an esl40 short time hang occasionally.

So normally I'm a side sleeper but I've actually found myself being able to sleep on my back. Waking up to do a pee or the other is if a ball gets sore having to readjust. But even readjusting with practice becomes very quick. So main concern was ball problems while asleep. Nothing. If too much pain I'll ease the tension of the stretch or start a new stretch. The talcom powder helps the head stick to the sheet and lower back. It's an all night stretch that is light on the ligaments but I feel your body will alert you if there's a problem. I like it as it's natural, no equipment. I'm in SE Asia so get farts out of the way, wash with bum gun, dry. Then ready for a night of free ligament stretching. I guess I've just been lazy with my routines, but now that I'm back, this is a must for me and gives me a big flaccid in the morning which inspires me to do a good hour morning stretch. I feel cleanliness is key. So the bum gun and getting farts out before bed is important. Bizarre post, yes, but if it helps someone like its helping me, I'm happy. Peace.
