Didn't get my bathmate???????

I ordered my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and my box cam in and I had the order form in it but no [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] just some aging cream does this come with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and how can I contact them for sending the wrong thing if possible

Wow this is the first time I've heard of this kind of problem from everyone ordering the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], you used a legit site to order from like the link from DLD's signature or actually going to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] website? This sounds kind of shady...
 
yeah man I'm kinda pissed I ordered it from the big picture on here that link but yeah it came up to 142 with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]cleaning kit[/words] I was so ready to start using and it wasn't in the box
 
Yeah thanks man I sent him a message I have the 6 digit order number and receipt and all I'm just waiting on a reply thanks for the help guys I been waiting awhile to order it so you can imagine my disappointment
 
Oh yeah something I noticed on the order form that came with the wrong order the stick part from amazon was not on there but it was on the aging wrinkle cream that i didn't order

Thanks man appreciate it well it happens my sister once ordered earring and got an empty box it's just the first time it happened to me but thanks for getting in touch because i had no luck with the emails i sent
 
I can assure anyone here that this is either a scam claim or if he ordered in US/UK/FR/DE a mistake on Amazon part but I think that is very unlikely.

We will investigate... after all, UPL or UM do not sell Aging creams.

Initial research shows that this is a mixup from Amazon. I would love to see photographs of the packaging that the cream came in, so I can log that with our complaint with Amazon.

Dude I have money I'm not bored to make a damn scam if it's that much trouble I rather get my money back I don't like hearing bullshit like that maybe it is amazon's fault but I'm 100% sure it's not mines I have to order forms one for the aging cream and one from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] the sticker on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] paper looks like it was pulled off or something cause the aging cream still has it's sticky thing on there how bout you do your investigations cause I have been waiting awhile for something I paid for and didn't receive and when you find out I will like a apology
 
Let me know and I will send you the pictures that the box and other stiff came in and I never opened it cause I was gonna send it back some how but if you want the pictures I will provide it for you with no problem
 
No need for strong words here, a new shipment has been requested from Amazon to you already and will be mailed on Monday with overnight service.

What is with your attitude here? There was an error, it was corrected in less than 24 hours. There is a protocol, which includes taking pictures, to be sure customers are not scamming us, this is the only way to know if it is a real issue. If they did not ask for pictures guys would be lying all day about stuff just to get a free product.

Thanks for that the attitude came from the fact of me reading somewhere that someone said that this was a scam claim and I don't like being accused of things like that and the comments making it seem like I was bullshitting or lying especially only $150 item lol I felt that was uncalled for as far as dealing with a customer but I gladly thank everyone for there part in helping me out with this matter DLD and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] guy even if you didnt believe me :) :) :)
 
The attitude came from the fact that someone said this is probably a SCAM CLAIM that's where read the form that comment was uncalled for especially when it wasn't a scam
 
Yeah I understand DLD I had no problem provide evidence it's just the comments that were made before the evidence was asked to be presented I found it offensive when all I did was ask for help cause you guys know more about this then me
