Well Im just wondering what exercises are best for depth? I've been doing constricters and bending my penis left and right for 10 seconds at a time to engorge more the depth rather than width, any ideas on this or other techniques tuned to increase depth.
Also do you guys ever find that somedays you can have a real good workout, then others (Even with the same force and technique) just seem like their not doing squat?
