Yepp, exactly why I keep a log too, so satisfying seeing it written in words how much work we have actually put in.Took Friday/ Saturday as rest days. Just read through the first page of this progress log and feel much more at ease looking at numbers and growth.

I noticed that my early log said BPFSLwas around 6”. today after 2 rest days I was hitting 7” BPFSL. It easy to miss the progressif you don’t read back.
back at it tomorrow- and hope to be hitting 7” BPEL soon!

been using the SiliSleeve as long as I can each day to heal elongated.
Also been doing kegels in the pump but focusing on incorporating breathing exercises along with them. I have a tight and over active pelvic floor.

The bracing you need to do in for example (to protect your spine), dead-lift, dumbbell-row (one arm) are teaching you to tighten up the pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles correctly.
- Why are the muscles in your pelvic floor tight? Stress related?
Okay I understand.yeah I live a stupid stressful life. Occupational hazard. I’ve been lifting for 20 years at this point.
My wife is a physical therapist and has assisted in diagnosing the tight pelvic floor.
not so muchtightness but involuntary contraction during sex and such.
