Yeah! But the stretch is dynamic in the way that I reposition the angle continuously to "hit" diffrent angles in the inner penis and in the shaft. It's an entire penis stretch. Now days I always attach at the base, that way as my penis gets stretched out during the set, my entire inner penis and shaft get a good intense stretch.
When you are new you should attach behind the glans. Also here you will feel when you need to stsrt attaching at the case, that is when you loose intensity in your inner penis. It's important to relax fully into the stretch = reverse kegel.
Before every set (at least before set 1) I do 3 minutes of warmup in the chamber by just loosing up the tunica albuginea, by rotating my penis back and forth in front of a heating source.
Bundle to the right hold it for 5 minutes, timer beeps...bundle to the left and hold the stretch for 5 minutes timer beeps.
Rest time...detach and remove the wrap. The rest is 10 minutes in front of a heat source. Heating fan in my case. To remove the wrap is really an important step, to restore bloodflow, promote flaccid hang, reduce fluid retention and discoloration. I massage and stretch my penis lightly during this rest. I do it this way, because my ways are high intensity.
When 10 minutes is up...I redo the process above.
Lastly 15 minutes in front of the MOSRED.
Put MOSRED under the bed.
Hydrocortisone 1% over my entire shaft.
Get myself immediately into my Penis Elongation Wrap.
