definitely felt more stretch in the inner Penis than before. I already felt stretch in the ligaments bundling before- but now the innerPenis feels more stretch. Certainly more intense than before.
I also put on the SiliSleeve after wards to heal lengthened.

Always stretch your inner penis in every stretch, even if you attach the chamber behind your glans, you should feel this inner penis and ligament stretch.
It can take some months, before you see 1 inch of post temporary elongation, be safe brother and increase the intensity exponentially. The harder you strerch the easier it is to relax fully into the stretch. Don't stay at the same intensity for months, this can prevent you from gaining and you get stuck in a plateau. Challenge yourself to increase the intensity as you progress. For example: Stretch garder, keep each stretch for longer, bundled more...I can help guiding you after your newbie routine. It's also important to keep your tissue/penis warm during your sessions.
Personally I solved that with a heating fan, and after the session I use MOS-RED in order to speed up the healing and reduce discolouration at the glans. Heat and MOS-RED during/after a session also prevent the penis from turtling. MOS-RED is perfect for that. I keep the temperature in my room at 30°C/86°F when I'm stretching, I have come to realize this is the perfect temperature to get maximum elongtion in a safe way. If your tissue are cold it's a risk you hurt yourself, especially if your going hard.
You will not see this kind of insane post/temporary elongation when you are starting out (it can take many months, like 5). It's good you keep your tissue elongated during the day, when you are not stretching this is an important part of the procces. When you sleep do not keep anything on your penis. You do not need that. Let your entire body rest when you sleep.
