That's good brother.

You should clamp down all the way down, so the pads in the chamber are crabbing your inner tissue (foreskin pulled back as well).

Do you feel the stretch in the inner penis, Fundiform and Suspensory ligament?

definitely felt more stretch in the inner Penis than before. I already felt stretch in the ligaments bundling before- but now the innerPenis feels more stretch. Certainly more intense than before.
I also put on the SiliSleeve after wards to heal lengthened.

the Should be an easy way to make gains as it clearly keeps it way longer.

really wanting NBPEL of 7” soon! I’ll take BPEL 7” too haha.

so glad you’ve been guiding me. It feels like I’ve been at this a while but I’ve really only had the LM3 a little over a week- plan on sticking with Newbie routine for 30 days to see where that gets me.
Very excited about clamping tighter. I also made sure to squeeze blood out the glans when setting up and it certainly helped.

Very good news. I'm happy you feel more stretching in your inner penis. The key to fast gains is to get maximum elongation during sessions.
Always stretch your inner penis in every stretch, even if you attach the chamber behind your glans, you should feel this inner penis and ligament stretch.

It can take some months, before you see 1 inch of post temporary elongation, be safe brother and increase the intensity exponentially. The harder you strerch the easier it is to relax fully into the stretch. Don't stay at the same intensity for months, this can prevent you from gaining and you get stuck in a plateau. Challenge yourself to increase the intensity as you progress. For example: Stretch garder, keep each stretch for longer, bundled more...I can help guiding you after your newbie routine. It's also important to keep your tissue/penis warm during your sessions.

Personally I solved that with a heating fan, and after the session I use MOS-RED in order to speed up the healing and reduce discolouration at the glans. Heat and MOS-RED during/after a session also prevent the penis from turtling. MOS-RED is perfect for that. I keep the temperature in my room at 30°C/86°F when I'm stretching, I have come to realize this is the perfect temperature to get maximum elongtion in a safe way. If your tissue are cold it's a risk you hurt yourself, especially if your going hard.

You will not see this kind of insane post/temporary elongation when you are starting out (it can take many months, like 5). It's good you keep your tissue elongated during the day, when you are not stretching this is an important part of the procces. When you sleep do not keep anything on your penis. You do not need that. Let your entire body rest when you sleep.

I’m doing all things you mention. I try and rotate more bundles/ change angle/ and today I definitely felt a harder stretch with tighter clamps.
felt a lot more inner penis stretch today which was refreshing. It didn’t hurt but certainly had more tension. I’m excited to be learning more each day. definitely starting to add more stretch now that I have more experience with it. Tough to know what’s “a lot” at first when you’ve never done it before.
I live in a rather warm climate so I don’t know that I have the same issues with cold as you-

And for the sleep- I’ve just been sleeping naked so that no boxers/briefs turtles it etc and allows it to move freely.

So if you are not stretching all the angles already, I recommend you doing something like this.

will do. I’ll read through this and adjust. I’ve been doing rotations and straight out bundles for warm ups and cool downs. I’ll read this today

I watched this video and I suppose my descriptions of Left Right up down were a little vague.
I’ve been doing somewhat similar to that routine- I’d go standard left right up and down the first round through- then the next minute I’d alter it or hit an up or down angle with it as well.
So not just hitting straight 90 degrees but this was a great video to watch

I need to get better about adding straight Out tension to really get the length.

would you say increasing bundles is the MOST beneficial aspect of the training?
 
After yesterdays evening session and Bathmate pump I checked BPFSL and between LM and BM session I got to 7”. BPEL ain’t close to that yet but it’s proof of concept that things are working.
 
After a few days of trying the SiliSleeve I have had the most confidence boosting mistake yet.

I ordered the 22mm wide one- and that thing has been nothing but trouble trying to get it on lol- it was the middle of the road girth size and I think I’ve gotta re order and go Up in size cause it takes me forever To even attempt to get it on and it’s stupid tight.

Great problem to have!
