Today training: I decided to used the totalman compression hanger for real weight hanging. I did 9 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 7 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, set 3 7lbs, sets 4-9 7.5lbs. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.25”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.75”. Think I may lower the weight a little next time and increase the sets a little. I was little tender at the end. Need to condition myself to this type of training

Do you alternate between extender and hanging regularly? Been thinking of giving extending a backseat and trying a little more hanging.

Hey buddy. I have only dabbled with weight hanging in the past but now I’m experimenting with it to see if it will be my new go to for length since I struggle so much being prone to blisters from vacuum chambers. If I figure out how to avoid the vac blister then I may just use it as an alternate tenchique

Use a self adhesive bandage, it will stick to itself but won't stick to your skin. It hasn't failed me yet. Afterwards just gently peel it off and you'll be 100% blister free. I got mine on amazon. Cheap as chips. Give it a try, just make sure your entire glans is covered when you use it.

Thanks man. I’ll give it shot once this one heals. I also have some other methods I plan to experiment with.

Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, sets 3-10 7 lbs. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.25”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.8125”. Getting better and better with this thing every session. Loving this device so far.
 
So thinking more and more about my training. Once this blister heals, I plan to add back an ads after for passive healing for 2-4 hrs. I think it will help even more even though bd doesn’t believe in it, totalman does and so dld and it’s easy for me working from home. I also ordered a heating pad and Gua Sha Scapper for pre penis scraps per Bd. Let’s go! All in!

The Gua Sha Scapper came today. Plan to use it before training tonight. I’m still waiting on the heating pad but I’ll substitute in the meantime by jumping in a hot shower. Let’s go!

Late logging. Last nights training: hot shower as a substitute for the heating pad I have coming then right into 50 tunica scrapes each side with the new Gua Sha Scapper blade I got. totalman compression hanger for real weight hanging. I did 9 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 7 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, sets 3-9 7 lbs. i have to admit I cut it short on set 9 to 3 mins because the pressure was making my blister hurt. I am trying to work around it. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.375”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.875”.

Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, sets 3-10 7 lbs. so two reasons why this was the best most comfortable session. First I set myself to do it seated which I love! It’s super confortable and easy to watch movies at the same time. I have a really bad left ankle which has a piece of metal in it so I hate standing for long periods. This is so much better. Second, I’m getting better at pressing the blood out of my glands resulting in less glan pressure abs my blister is starting to heal finally. Just a really great comfortable session. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.375”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.875”.

I'm so happy that you're seeing such good workouts. It takes a lot of commitment.
