Good going my boy!Today training: I decided to used the totalman compression hanger for real weight hanging. I did 9 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 7 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, set 3 7lbs, sets 4-9 7.5lbs. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.25”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.75”. Think I may lower the weight a little next time and increase the sets a little. I was little tender at the end. Need to condition myself to this type of training

I have only dabbled with weight hanging in the past but now I’m experimenting with it to see if it will be my new go to for length since I struggle so much being prone to blisters from vacuum chambers. If I figure out how to avoid the vac blister then I may just use it as an alternate tenchiqueGood going my boy!
Do you alternate between extender and hanging regularly? Been thinking of giving extending a backseat and trying a little more hanging.

Use a self adhesive bandage, it will stick to itself but won't stick to your skin. It hasn't failed me yet. Afterwards just gently peel it off and you'll be 100% blister free. I got mine on amazon. Cheap as chips. Give it a try, just make sure your entire glans is covered when you use it.Hey buddy. Once this blister heals, I plan to add back an ads after for passive healing for 2-4 hrs. I think it will help even more even though bd doesn’t believe in it, totalman does and so dld and it’s easy for me working from home. I also ordered a heating pad and Gua Sha Scapper for pre penis scraps per Bd. Let’s go! All in!
